About Havio

Havio is a hotel finder for people who would rather describe their trip than filter four hundred listings.

Why it exists

Booking a hotel should take minutes. Instead it takes an evening: a map full of pins, filters that know nothing about why you are travelling, prices that change at the last step, and no one willing to say "this one is wrong for you".

The trips where this hurts most are the ones with a real constraint. A parent's operation. A friend's wedding an hour from anywhere. A conference where the walk back at night matters. For those, "sort by price" is no help at all. You need someone to read the situation, look at everything available, and come back with a short list and the honest catch for each.

That is what Havio does. You tell it what matters in plain words. It checks every hotel available for your dates, works out real travel times, and recommends the few worth your time, each with what you give up to get it. Then you can book, right there.

What we believe

• A few good answers beat four hundred options. If we cannot say why a place is on the list, it should not be on it.
• Every recommendation has a downside, and you should hear it from us. "Quiet, but a 12 minute drive." "Cheapest, and it shows in the reviews."
• The price you see is the price you pay. Totals with taxes and fees, from the first screen.
• No pressure tricks. No fake scarcity, no countdown clocks, no sponsored results dressed up as advice.
• The AI reads your request. It does not make things up about hotels. Rankings come from measurable facts and ordinary code. We explain the whole process in how Havio picks hotels.

How we make money

When you book through Havio we earn a commission that is already part of the hotel's rate. It is included in the total you are shown, and the ranking never sees it, so a hotel cannot pay to rank higher. Payments and reservations are handled by our booking partner, Nuitee.

Who runs it

Havio is built and operated by NetTrack LLC, a small independent software company in Massachusetts. There is no call centre and no investor deck. When you write to us, a person who works on the product reads it and replies.
